Deposits
There is a $300 NONREFUNDABLE deposit to hold a puppy. Deposits are placed on upcoming litters, and customers with deposits get priority in the selection process on a first-in first-out basis. Deposit customers may select the puppy of their choice in the order of deposit. Deposits are not refundable but are transferable. If for some reason, you cannot take a puppy when the litter is available, or would like to select a puppy from a different litter, you may transfer the deposit to an alternate litter.
Make a Deposit
We accept cash, checks and PayPal for deposit payments. There is a 3% convenience fee to use PayPal. Simply select the litter, and click on the Pay Now button below. Note, if you don't have a PayPal account, you may still use this payment method to pay using your credit or debit card. Follow instructions after clicking on the link. Please contact us to make your deposit with a check.
Puppy Selection
Pictures will be posted at 1 week of the group, and individual photos and videos will be posted at 4-5 weeks to assist you with the selection process. Puppies go home at 8 weeks old. Selections are made in person or by choosing from the videos and photos when the puppies are 6 weeks old. We will schedule appointments at 60 minute intervals in the order of deposit. You will be informed well in advance of the dates and times. If you cannot make your appointment in person, you will be able to select via a phone call or FaceTime / Skype session during your scheduled time.
Two-Year Health Guarantee
We are proud of our solid reputation for healthy, happy puppies. We are so confident in the lineage of our puppies that we offer a Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. If your puppy is found to have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects, we'll replace your puppy free of charge.
What Comes With Your Puppy
We send home a 3-day sample of food with your puppy, along with toys and a blanket with Mom's scent. Your puppy will have had its first set of shots and be up to date on wormings. Your puppy will be well socialized and will have been introduced to children, people and other animals.
Puppy Delivery
We are happy to deliver your puppy within a 250 mile (4 hour) radius. Our fee is $1 per mile (one way). Please contact us for more details.
Puppy Shipping
You are welcome to fly in to get your puppy. We will meet you at the airport and provide you with everything necessary to fly your puppy back home. Your puppy can fly safely under your seat. We will provide the health certificate and crate ready for transport. We also ship puppies via air. Please contact us for more details.
